Villager fell into a 10-meter deep well while repairing a pump

In the Kletsk district, rescuers from the Ministry of Emergency Situations saved a man who fell into a well about 10 meters deep. The incident occurred today in the agrotown of Nagornoye in the yard area.

The man was repairing a pump. At some point, the rope ladder broke, and the man fell to the bottom of the well.

His son tried to help his father on his own, but without success.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations units that arrived at the scene lowered a safety belt with a rope to the injured man and pulled him to the surface.

The man did not require medical assistance.
