At a press conference on February 6, the Polish minister said that the situation at the border is constantly monitored, and the decision to open the crossing for trucks will only be made after taking into account all security and infrastructure issues. Currently, there are no such plans.
On November 17, 2025, Poland opened the "Bobrowniki" (on the Belarusian side, "Berastavitsa") and "Kuznica" ("Bruzgi") border crossings, which had been closed for several years. "Bobrowniki" is open for all types of transport, while "Kuznica" operates only for passenger cars.
