The complex is located in the village of Yakuty, Dzyarzhynsk district. Its price is 2.864 million rubles, which is approximately equal to one million dollars. The total area of the territory is 13.3 hectares.
The territory is equipped with a 500-meter ski slope with a 60-meter elevation drop and a lift. There are also tubing slides ranging from 150 to 180 meters in length. In addition, there is a restaurant, a large wooden pavilion, gazebos, a bathhouse with an outdoor pool, and other buildings.
The venue can host events with up to four thousand people – from corporate meetings to open-air festivals.
This is not the first time the complex has been put up for sale: advertisements for its sale also appeared in 2021 and 2024.
