In the German city of Lauenburg, in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, a Belarusian showed local law enforcement a forged identity document. This was reported by local police, writes the website "Belarus i Mir".

On Monday, February 2, German police stopped a car on Berliner Strasse.
One of the passengers showed a Lithuanian identity document. It aroused suspicion, and it became clear that the document was, apparently, fake.
Proceedings were initiated against the suspect, a 32-year-old man of Belarusian citizenship. The identity document was confiscated.
