An attic apartment is for sale in the only 'well-house' in Minsk. You have to see it
In a couple of years, the 'well-houses' will no longer surprise the residents of the capital: 'Minsk-World' is doing its best to fill the city with buildings of this type. However, in 2014, the appearance of such a multi-story building caused a real sensation.

A 43-meter one-room apartment at Chervyakova, 55, located on the top floor, has appeared in the database of the 'Houses and Apartments' service. And this is, perhaps, one of the most unusual apartments in Minsk, writes Onliner.
The owners decided not to divide it into rooms and left an 'open space' in the form of a kitchen-living room. At the same time, the sleeping area (very compact) was moved to a mezzanine level. Thanks to the high ceilings, this was possible.

As stated in the sales ad, the apartment has a height of 4.95 meters at the ridge, and this advantage was used. Unfortunately, the roof is sloped, so the bedroom turned out to be triangular in shape. Its area can be mentally added to the total to make it more appealing.
The one-room apartment is ready for comfortable living: renovations have long been completed, everything is well-maintained.
«The apartment is vacant. Quick closing. Bathroom — 7.2 square meters. Two attic windows for additional natural light. The apartment can be sold with furniture and household appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, hood, air conditioner, washing machine). Flooring: parquet board and tiles», — the ad specifies.

The apartment is for sale for 370,330 rubles, or $130,000 equivalent. This means one square meter will cost the buyer almost $3000 at the current exchange rate.
