According to documentation published on the public procurement portal, the works are estimated at approximately 90 million rubles, including value-added tax. The area of new facilities will exceed 30 thousand m².
Work is scheduled to start immediately after the contract is signed, with construction expected to be completed within 18 months.
The second phase project includes not only the construction of new buildings but also a large-scale modernization of existing capacities. A new stamping shop will appear at the enterprise.
The welding and assembly shops will also be reconstructed, and the power station will be upgraded.
In addition to production buildings, new utility networks will be laid on the territory: water supply, sewerage, heating mains, and a gas pipeline. Outdoor lighting and roads will also be installed. It is planned that the main technological equipment for production will be supplied and installed by the customer themselves.
