«March 02.
Not even five years have passed…
It's been a few days since my access to Facebook was restored, but I kept observing, not daring to return to where I was taken from in July '21.
Finally, today I dared.
And first, I want to thank all friends, familiar and unfamiliar, who worried and cared for me, doing what they could to bring my day of freedom sooner.
My immense gratitude!
I always almost physically felt a powerful wave of solidarity from the outside, both with me and with other political prisoners. With such support, it was psychologically comfortable to be imprisoned, even though we slept «on concrete,» wore whatever we could get, and ate whatever was given.
Not a single day in prison was I disappointed, did I feel abandoned, or regret what I had done.
I am convinced that together we are strength, together we will not perish, together we will win!», — wrote Ales Bialiatski.
