16-year-old boy caused an explosion in a bank in the Moscow region
It turns out he was acting on the instructions of scammers.

This afternoon, an explosion occurred in a bank branch in Putilkovo.
The 16-year-old boy acted according to instructions over the phone — he brought a canister with flammable liquid to the bank, poured it over the premises, and set it on fire, according to the Moscow region prosecutor's office. The blast wave shattered windows. No one was injured in the explosion.

The boy ran out of the bank but was soon apprehended.
