Nine-year-old schoolgirl gave her mother's jewelry to fraudsters. She was threatened with an orphanage
The girl received a call in a messenger, allegedly from an intercom company, and she provided them with personal data.

After this, fake police officers called the schoolgirl and, threatening to send her to an orphanage and prosecute her mother criminally, forced her to comply with their demands, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs press service.
Frightened, the girl took all the jewelry (worth 5 thousand dollars) from the safe and left it on the street at the agreed location, from where a courier picked it up.
The girl's mother reported it to the police, who detained a 34-year-old Minsk resident who was supposed to hand over the jewelry to the fraudsters but didn't manage to.
The jewelry will be returned to its owner.
