The situation on the front remains difficult, however, according to British intelligence, it is the best for Ukraine in the last 10 months. Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this during a conversation with journalists, writes "Ukrinform".
"On Wednesday, there was a report from my intelligence and an analysis from British intelligence. I received MI-6's view on the front situation, namely — currently it's the best situation for Ukraine in the last 10 months. This is their conclusion, and all partners see this. Taking into account the occupation of our territories and the de-occupation of our territories, we are now slightly in the positive — we have liberated about 20 square kilometers. Overall, the front is holding. Therefore, the conclusion of British intelligence is: the situation is difficult, but the best in the last 10 months. This is a fair conclusion. I am grateful to all our units that ensure this," Zelenskyy said.
Zelenskyy also noted that he regularly receives reports from the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, Russian troops have recently intensified assaults, taking advantage of fog. He observed that the Russians understand that there will be more bright days, more sun, and this will reduce their ability to remain unnoticed, so when there is fog, they try to infiltrate in groups.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine are recording an accumulation of enemy forces in the Pokrovsk and Huliaipole directions.
