Among the new citizens are people from 19 countries, including Russia, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Syria, Latvia, Turkey, and other states. The largest part are natives of Ukraine.
It is also noted that among the new citizens there are 13 minors. All of them have lived in Belarus for at least five years, are proficient in one of the state languages, and work in various fields.
Most of them are employed in industry, agriculture, construction, trade, and education.
At the same time, some applicants were denied citizenship — it is stated that these are people who violated the laws of Belarus.
