This applies to specially organized entry to the cemetery territory on the day of commemoration of the deceased. On other days, such passage is paid – usually about 2.5 rubles for passenger cars, with the exception of certain privileged categories (veterans, people with disabilities, and others).
At the same time, authorities remind that a speed limit of no more than 20 km/h is in effect on the cemetery territory. Pedestrians have priority, but must not impede the movement of transport.
