The man would come to the medical facility, pretend to swallow the medication under the doctor's supervision, but in fact, he would hide the pill in his mouth and carry it outside. After leaving the hospital, he would spit out the drug and sell it to a regular buyer, who, in turn, paid him with marijuana.
The scheme was exposed by police officers when the man was detained during another attempt to take out the drug. It turned out that the drug belongs to potent controlled narcotic substances.
This man already had a criminal record for drug offenses. Now the court has sentenced him to 11 years of imprisonment in a reinforced regime colony.
The buyer of the drug received three years of restricted freedom without being sent to a correctional institution.
An inspection was conducted at the hospital, after which the employees who allowed the possibility of drugs being taken out received disciplinary and financial penalties.
