Truly summer heat will arrive next week. Albeit with rains and thunderstorms
Forecaster Dmitry Ryabov announced on ONT TV channel that next week, from May 18 to 24, real summer heat will come to Belarus — temperatures could reach +27…+28 degrees. However, the weather will be unstable: rains, thunderstorms, and gusty winds are expected.

At the beginning of the week, the weather will be determined by a southern cyclone. Strong rains and thunderstorms are possible on Monday and Tuesday. Night temperatures will be approximately +4…+14, daytime — from +14 to +25 degrees.
It will get even warmer on Wednesday: in many regions, the air will warm up to +21…+27, although short-term rains and fogs will persist in places.
In the second half of the week, atmospheric fronts with precipitation will arrive again. Rains, locally thunderstorms, and fog in the night and morning hours are expected. Temperatures will stay within +19…+27 degrees.
On the weekend, the weather will remain warm, but with variable cloudiness and short rains. On Saturday and Sunday, the air will warm up to +20…+28 degrees.
Overall, the temperature background will be several degrees higher than the norm, but dry and stable weather should not be expected.
