Today, it became known that Minsk resident Katsiaryna Krauchanka, who was riding in a taxi with a friend, got into a conflict with the taxi driver. According to her, the taxi driver hit her during the argument.
Police officers quickly identified the driver. He turned out to be a 30-year-old foreign citizen.
