New bridge to be built in Shabany, Minsk

Minsk plans to start construction of a new overpass in Shabany in 2027. It will connect Svislackaya Street with Syalitskaha Street and help reduce the load on Partyzanski Avenue, writes Blizko.by.

Project documentation for the construction is still being developed. According to Alyaksey Gavorka, director of the "Minsk Engineering Project" enterprise, the new overpass will pass over the railway, and the work is planned to be completed in the shortest possible time.

The exact construction location is not yet named. It is assumed that the overpass may appear at the end of Svislackaya Street, beyond the Minsk Ring Road, near the treatment facilities in Shabany and south of the Shabany freight railway station.
