On August 31, Komarovsky Market in Minsk will open on Monday, although it usually does not operate on this day. On the eve of Knowledge Day, an additional sale of flowers will be organized here, the market administration announced on its Instagram.
The additional working day is organized on the eve of September 1 — the start of the new academic year. During this period, flowers are traditionally bought for teachers and school ceremonial assemblies.
Trading will take place in the first sector of the seasonal market. Shoppers will be able to purchase bouquets for teachers and first-graders, as well as flowers for home.
Social media users positively received the market administration's decision. In the comments, they thanked for the opportunity to buy flowers on Monday and noted that it is especially convenient on the eve of the start of the academic year.
