Belpochta launched a new digital service called "Balance," which is intended to simplify the process of receiving money for cash-on-delivery parcels, speed up service, and make payments more secure.

The service is designed for senders of cash-on-delivery parcels, where the recipient pays for the order at the post office, and the money is subsequently transferred to the seller. Now, the sender does not necessarily have to visit a post office to receive cash; funds for the order can be automatically credited to their "Balance" account.
When processing a parcel, you can choose a convenient way to receive funds. Transfers to a bank card are credited instantly. Additionally, using QR-box self-service devices, you can pay for the processing and shipping of postal items.
To activate the service, you need to fill out a form in your personal account on the Belpochta website or mobile application, and then visit any post office once with an identity document.
After accepting the terms of the user agreement, the client will be able to manage funds on their "Balance" account around the clock: transfer them to bank cards and pay for postal services.
Belpochta noted that the launch of the new service marks another stage in the company's digital transformation, aiming to improve service speed, payment security, and customer convenience.
