The century-old organ has begun playing again in the ancient church in Dyatlovo.
In the baroque Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, after a decade of silence of the organ created more than a century ago by a Vilnia master, its deep, majestic chords once again filled the space.

The Facebook group «Kataliki Belarusі» writes about the revival of the organ in the local church after a long restoration.
The organ in the church, built in 1646 by the foundation of the Lithuanian under-chancellor Kazimierz Lew Sapieha, was created in 1911 by the Vilnia master Wacław Biernacki.
The musical instrument, which is already more than a century old, stands out with a register structure unique to Belarus — a pneumatic slider chest with Barker levers.
This is a rare historical system, when large membranes, using air, turn on and off the registers (timbres) — this is not at all typical for Biernacki's organs and has no analogues in the country.
The pipes of the main registers are located on the prospect — the front part of the instrument, which is visible to people from the lower level of the temple. The prospect itself was created together with the instrument and is a standard model No. 28 by August Laukhuff in the Rococo style, which perfectly fits into the interior of the church — so successfully that the organ was once mistakenly dated to the 18th century.
The first to play the keys of the renovated organ was master organist Yuri Gabrus. The recording of the sound was published by the parish together with the district newspaper.
Recently, a new organ appeared in another Catholic church — the Church of St. Valentine in Smolevichi.
