Sergei Zhukov of the band "Ruki Vverh!" is opening a bar in Minsk.
The "Hands Up!" bar, associated with Russian musician Sergei Zhukov, opens in Minsk on the evening of December 4th, reported koko.by.

The bar is located on the first floor of the Elite Estate business center on Independence Avenue near the circus. It was originally planned to open it back in September.
The establishment occupies about a thousand square meters: there will be a disco with hits of the 90s, a large stage for performances by invited artists, and karaoke. All dishes promise to be sold for 20 rubles.
The "Hands Up!" bar chain is known for focusing on nostalgia for the 1990s and 2000s: the interior features walls with carpets, cassettes, pouches and other attributes of those times. The menu and karaoke playlist are selected in the same style. New bars are usually opened under franchise.
The first bar of the chain was opened by Sergey Zhukov together with restaurateur Pavel Chesnokov in St. Petersburg in 2012. The first establishment of this chain in Belarus started operating this autumn in Mogilev.
