"Give me back my native language": In Brest, people are outraged by Russian-language displays in trolleybuses
Residents of Brest noticed that the electronic displays in trolleybuses show inscriptions only in Russian. This caused outrage among people.

Residents of Brest drew attention to the linguistic design of electronic displays in trolleybuses, where on some routes, inscriptions are shown only in Russian. The discussion was prompted by a TikTok video, writes BGmedia.
Under the video published by a resident of Brest, users began to express dissatisfaction and ask why the Belarusian language is disappearing even from such familiar elements of the urban space.
"Give me back my native language," one of them wrote.
"And why was it changed at all, I'm curious," another wondered.
In response, more emotional opinions appeared about the general processes of Russification in the country: "Most likely, the process of Russification has accelerated. From the moment Russians began to flock to Belarus, a trend of Russification began so that Russians would understand where to go. My guess, but most likely that's how it is."
"In Minsk, everything is in Belarusian," people write in the comments, emphasizing that the Belarusian language in transport seems normal for Minsk residents.
Some users even suggest more active actions: "Yes, where do I sign the petition!"
