Last year, Belarus imported millions of dollars worth of pickled cucumbers. Apparently, the reserves of Belarusian grandmothers have diminished.

Belarus has become the main buyer of Russian pickled cucumbers and gherkins. In the first 11 months of 2025, our country imported $5 million worth of this product from Russia.
Following Belarus are Kazakhstan (almost $4 million), China (over $600 thousand), Kyrgyzstan (over $400 thousand), and Israel (over $350 thousand).
As noted by "Agroexport", Russian exports of canned cucumbers approached a record last year. Compared to the same period last year, the volume of Russian cucumber supplies increased by 27% in natural terms and by 47% in value terms.
Earlier it became known that Belarus entered the top 3 buyers of Russian champagne and became the largest buyer of Russian chips.
