A physical culture and recreation complex will be built near the "Kamennaya Horka" metro station. Where will it be integrated?

An auction will be held in Minsk for the right to lease a land plot for the construction of a physical culture and recreation center at the intersection of Pritytskaga and Labanka streets.

The plot for the construction of the FRC (Physical Recreation Complex) is essentially a wasteland behind "Materik" and the neighboring houses, writes Realt.by.

Approximate boundaries on the map: the area of the plot where the city plans to locate the FRC is 2.33 hectares. It was registered, by the way, recently – at the end of November 2025.

Initial price – 178,326.55 Belarusian rubles. Costs for document preparation – 13,944.98 Belarusian rubles.

The auction will take place on January 21 at the Minsk City Real Estate Center.
