Belavia flights to Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Istanbul were delayed.

A Belavia flight to Dubai is scheduled to depart nine hours later. Its departure is expected at 12:05 PM.

Flights from Baku and Batumi also arrived in Minsk with delays. A Belavia flight from Moscow was delayed by 1.5 hours.
