“Almost 6,000 homes in the capital are again without heating. Most of them are those that were already connected twice or attempted to be connected to the heating network after the shelling on January 9 and 20,” Klitschko wrote.
According to him, there were also problems with water supply, mainly in the left-bank part of Kyiv.
