Some z-publics name the Telegram channel of Tatiana Vitusheva, head of the Istra urban district in the Moscow region, as the primary source of the video.
She posted the video on July 7, 2025, and on February 9 — already after the scandal with Saburov due to the entry ban to Russia — she deleted it.
It was previously reported that comedian Nurlan Saburov was banned from entering Russia for 50 years. The ban was introduced on January 30, with the decision made in the interests of Russia's national security, Russian media reported. The reason is jokes about the war, but the formal pretext is a violation of migration and tax legislation.
