The new Italian restaurant is located in the left wing of the "Dana Capital" business center on Internatsionalnaya Street. Its opening was planned before the end of 2025.
"Sorrento" is a joint project of the Russian company Novikov Group & Family Garden, which is launching several restaurant franchises in Minsk, writes Office Life. The concept of the establishment is classic Italian cuisine with a menu inspired by a journey along the Mediterranean coast, and the atmosphere of a family restaurant.
According to the menu, the average cost of a dish is about 40 rubles, while meat and fish dishes, as well as seafood, will cost approximately 50 rubles.
As reported, on February 9 the restaurant will start working from 18:00, and from February 10 it will operate in normal mode.
