Alexander Lukashenka signed decree No. 62 of February 20, which amended the composition of the commission on pardon and release from criminal liability.

What has changed in the composition of the commission
By the decree, Tadeusz Varanovich and Siarhei Sivets (the latter – as a personal member) were removed from the composition. But at the same time, Sivets entered the commission as the current chairman of the Constitutional Court. Thus, Siarhei Sivets remains in the commission, but in a new status.
