Recreation base in Logoysk district sold for half a million dollars
The «Chmialioŭka» recreation base in the Logoysk district was sold for almost 500 thousand dollars and found a new owner on the eighth attempt – it had been put up for auction for over a year.

The sale took place on March 5, 2026, on the electronic trading platform of the Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange with an 80% reduction from the initial price. The sole participant in the bidding acquired the property for 1,394,040.45 rubles.
The owner received over a thousand square meters of buildings and a 1-hectare plot of land leased for 20 years.
The complex includes a two-story recreation base building, a two-story guest house, a bathhouse, a boiler room, a water tower, and two artesian wells.
The base was built in 1984, but the buildings were renovated or rebuilt about ten years ago. Two reservoirs are located nearby, and the area is known for mushroom and berry picking spots. It is 25 kilometers from here to Logoysk, 20 kilometers to Pliashchanicy, and 60 kilometers to Minsk.
