In Pakistan, road workers are being recruited to work in Belarus
Since February 17, the company American International from Rawalpindi has been recruiting people aged 18 to 40 for 24 vacancies as road workers in Minsk, the publication «Pozirk» noted .

According to information on the website of the state Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment, the proposed salary is 600-700 US dollars. Previously, this same firm recruited employees for fish processing in Brest.
Also, since November 2025, two out of six vacancies offered by the company R.B.S. Brothers, also located in Rawalpindi, remain open. It is looking for unskilled workers to work in Belarus with a salary of about 2,500 Belarusian rubles.
In addition, in Lahore since the end of last October, attempts have been made to recruit 100 people to work in Belarus in 11 construction specialties with a payment of 600 dollars. However, so far this recruitment has not yielded results. The deadline for applications is February 26.
The topic of cooperation in this area between Belarus and Pakistan arose after meetings between Belarusian and Pakistani officials. In April 2025, Alexander Lukashenka and Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif agreed to develop a mechanism for Pakistani workers to come to Belarus. The possibility of accepting up to 100-150 thousand people in Belarus is being discussed.
