Overall, the daily rental market continues to grow: over 400,000 nights in apartments were booked in Belarus last year.
Apartments on Pyatra Mstislavtsa, Nikola Tesla, Belgradskaya streets and Mir Avenue are also in high demand in the capital. Most of them are located in new residential areas, mainly in the "Minsk World" complex. Analysts explain the popularity of this location by a large offering, modern renovations, and relatively affordable prices.
Dzyarzhynsky Avenue, Prytytski, Bratskaya, Bryleŭskaya, and Aeradromnaya streets also made it into the top ten most sought-after. At the same time, tourists willingly choose apartments in older buildings – Independence Avenue and Winners Avenue are also in demand.
In the regions, there is also growing interest in daily rentals. In Brest, Gogol Street is the most demanded; in Vitebsk, Moskovsky Avenue; in Gomel, Peramohi Avenue. In Grodno, Kurchatov Street has the most offerings, and in Mogilev, Mir Avenue.
