"At least something in this world should be stable." Lіdskаe Pivа explained why they will never make kvass for ZLJ enthusiasts
"People often write to us: make sugar-free kvass, we are for healthy eating," writes the company's press service on Threads. And then explains why this task is impossible.

"Kvass is a product of fermentation. And to start this process, sugar is needed to trigger the yeast reaction. Without sugar, there will be no fermentation, no carbon dioxide bubbles, and therefore no sour-sweet, that same recognizable taste of kvass," the company explains the technology.
After which they advise:
"Let's accept the fact that kvass is a traditional drink with an unchanging recipe and technology. And besides its beloved taste, kvass is a good helper for the stomach: metabolism will accelerate and help digest heavy food.
Let's leave experiments for our other sodas. Agree, at least something in this world should be stable."
