Residents are unhappy that some people park their cars on sidewalks.

In "Minsk World," near the house at Ihara Luchanka Street, 16, some drivers drive onto the pedestrian zone. Some do it to unload building materials (the house was recently completed, so renovations are actively underway), others simply to park. Therefore, residents wanted to install bollards.
But the developer refused. If bollards are to be installed on the roadway, a separate project is required for this. And the development of documentation and its approval could affect timelines for other objects, writes the channel "Minsk | Oktyabrsky District".
The district administration, however, is not authorized to force the developer to take any additional measures if all norms were observed during construction and the problem is not related to the fulfillment of warranty obligations.

The traffic police reacted to residents' signals, but the problem persisted.
As a result, residents were offered to install bollards at their own expense, with the developer's agreement. This requires majority support. Initially, the Minsk residents agreed to the proposal, but later refused, because, in their opinion, the vote would either not take place or would not be in favor of the chosen option.
