To become a user of the biometric service, it is enough to visit a bank branch once with an identity document.
The registration procedure takes only a few minutes and includes:
- — familiarization with the offer and memo on the rights of the personal data subject;
- — signing consent to personal data processing and acceptance of the offer;
- — submission of a biometric sample;
- — creation of an individual four-digit biometric PIN code.
Currently, registration and service using facial biometrics are available at two branches:
- — operational service of the Head Office (Minsk, Dzerzhinsky Ave., 18);
- — operational service of TSBU №514 (Minsk, Surganov St., 47).
Later, the technology will be gradually implemented in other bank branches.
