What's the catch?

A young mother from Smalyavichy shared a photo on Threads showing the working hours of an MTBank branch.
«MTBank opened. How do you like the work schedule?» — the girl wrote and added two photos with the schedule.
The branch only operates on Thursdays from 10 AM to 6 PM with a lunch break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM.

Commentators immediately began to mock such a schedule and called this place a dream job. «The schedule I hope for when looking for vacancies», «Only half an hour for lunch — slave working conditions», «Sounds like a dream job», — users joke.
The bank's Threads account quickly responded to the post and explained the situation.
«We are opening RWMs (remote workplaces) in small settlements with care for our clients. In such a compact mini-office, you can quickly apply for a loan, a card, make a deposit, and more without wasting time and money on a trip to the regional center», — explains MTBank.
The 'dream job' isn't so straightforward
One of the commentators noted that in reality, this is far from a dream job.
«The person who comes here for this day probably works as a "mobile specialist", so it's far from a dream job if you travel around small towns in the district throughout the week», — the man wrote.
Thus, the bank saves money on opening a full-fledged branch that would work 5/2, which might be unprofitable due to a small customer flow. And residents of small settlements get the opportunity, through similar points once a week, to resolve issues that cannot be solved online, without traveling to the nearest major city.
Most likely, it is assumed that the specialist works on such a schedule: on Monday — in one town, on Tuesday — in another, on Wednesday — in a third.
However, for now, the bank employee in Smalyavichy has nowhere to go to work on other days. MTBank has not yet opened other similar points.
The MTBank website states that the bank has a total of 17 «remote workplaces» across the country, but all of them are open according to the usual schedule — five to six days a week.
