Kemerovo propagandist who congratulated mother of Russian missing in war apologized for it

On May 9, during the "Immortal Regiment" action in Kemerovo, Russia, the following dialogue took place between one of the participants and a propagandist:
— My son went missing during the "SMO" [Special Military Operation].
— So, for you it's a double celebration. Congratulations!"
This video fragment spread across the internet. As a result, the propagandist, Marina Kiselyova, a host on the "Kuzbass Pervyi" TV channel, apologized for her words.
"Undoubtedly, my words were a slip of the tongue. I understand how it sounded, but I absolutely did not want to offend anyone, especially the mother of a hero. Nevertheless, I sincerely apologize to her and to everyone who might have been affected by my careless statement," Kiselyova wrote on social media.
