The most expensive cottage in Minsk in April sold for 360 thousand dollars
It is located in the private sector behind the "Levada" microdistrict. The area of the single-story building is 144 sq. m, writes Realt.by.
In terms of price, the capital's leader lost to real estate outside the MКАD. We remind you that the status of the most expensive house in Belarus in April went to a brick cottage in the village of Sasnovaya, Smalyavichy district (the so-called "IT-village"). The object with an area of 591 sq. m was sold for $3.6 million — which is 10 times more than what was paid for the house in Zatsan.
The leader of the Minsk private house sector also lagged behind the apartment segment in price. In April, the status of the most expensive housing in Minsk went to a "two-room apartment" with an area of 123 sq. m in the legendary "Chizh's house" on Starazhoŭskaja Street. The new owner paid almost $523.8 thousand for it, which is $163.8 thousand more expensive than the cottage in Zatsan.
