A cottage for 3.6 million dollars was bought in Sosnovaya village, 15 kilometers from Minsk. It became the most expensive house sold in Belarus last month, writes Realt.by.
Sosnovaya village is located 15 kilometers from Minsk. This is Smalyavichy district. Nearby are the highway to Moscow, Mound of Glory, and picturesque forests and lakes. In the village itself, there is a cafe, a health center, and several tire shops. Shops, a school, a kindergarten, and other infrastructure can be found in the neighboring Sloboda and in the capital.
Initially, Sosnovaya was an ordinary village, but in the 2010s, a large cottage settlement with 140 new houses began to be built here. It was named "IT-village." The "IT" prefix was explained by the fact that the developer's target audience was families of programmers. Over time, representatives of various professions bought cottages here.

It is in the new part of the village that the most expensive house of April is located. This is a brick cottage from 2018 with an area of 591 square meters. 3.6 million dollars were paid for the house not far from the Mound of Glory. The cost per square meter was 4397 dollars.

Currently, 8 houses are for sale in Sosnovaya village on Realt.by. Among the options are both a relatively modest "IT" house for 420 thousand rubles (149 thousand dollars) and a luxurious mansion for 11.7 million rubles (4.2 million dollars).
