The apartment for sale occupies the top, tenth floor of this building. The total area of the apartment is 87 square meters, of which 57 square meters are living space.
The seller called this dwelling a four-room apartment.
The first level features rooms such as a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
Additional sleeping areas are provided on the second floor.
This unusual apartment was valued at 594,300 rubles, with the square meter costing 6,831 rubles (about 204,641 dollars and 2,352 dollars per square meter).
