Trains stopped and rescuers called to "Slutski Hascіnec" metro station

MЧS (Ministry of Emergency Situations) units responded to the "Slutski Hascіnec" metro station after a report of an incident that occurred there.

Rescuers are conducting a check on site. According to preliminary information, a short circuit of the electrical unit occurred in the tunnel near the platform, but there was no fire.

Train movement in both directions has been temporarily suspended.

The causes and circumstances of the incident are being investigated. According to operational information, there are no casualties.

"At 22:52, train movement on the entire third (Zelenaluzhskaya) line was restored, and it is operating in normal mode," the Minsk Metro announced later.
