Former Turkish Interior Minister admitted giving a car to Lukashenka's son
Former head of the Turkish Ministry of Internal Affairs, Idris Naim Sahin, testified in an Ankara court in the case of religious figure Alihan Kurish and the "Suleymanjilar" movement. His testimony mentions one of Aleksandr Lukashenka's sons, noticed Reform.news in the Turkish press.

Turkish authorities accuse the leaders of this movement of creating a criminal organization, money laundering, fraud, and other financial irregularities. Dozens of people have been detained in the case.
Sahin stated that he handed over an Audi Q7, registered in his name, to the Belarusian delegation. The car was involved in an accident in Bodrum, after which, to ensure the guests from Belarus were not left without transport, they were given another car.
According to the testimony of Amur Yucel, who handled car rentals and accommodation for the Belarusians, he received this car in Istanbul and drove it to Bodrum with one of Lukashenka's sons and his bodyguards. The flashing beacon was removed from the car and left for the delegation. Later, this car also got into an accident.
Three Belarusian citizens with diplomatic passports are involved in the case. They flew to Turkey on August 6 and departed from Turkey to Minsk on August 22. According to car license plate recognition system data, on August 21 they were in a car on the Guvercinlik — Torba route, and later changed to another car in Bursa.
It was also reported that the Belarusians used two SIM cards, which had been registered in Amur Yucel's name shortly before.
During the court, Sahin was also asked about 2011 information regarding possible blackmail of Turkish businessmen using girls from Belarus. He stated that he had no such information but knew three people named in that report as possible participants in the scheme.
People from Lukashenka's entourage have been vacationing in Bodrum for years. The government business jet EW-301PJ is regularly used for trips there, having flown several times between Minsk and Bodrum in July and August.
