"Even Seniors Were Laid Off." Former PandaDoc Employee Speaks Out About Layoffs in the Company
PandaDoc has laid off employees worldwide. According to insiders, 103 people were affected by the cuts, but the company itself has not disclosed this number.

A former employee of the company's Ukrainian office told devby how the layoffs occurred, how generous the severance packages received by those laid off were, and what chances her former colleagues have in the job market.
"A Letter Arrived Stating That My Position, Unfortunately, Was Among Those Cut"
Natalia (name of the interviewee changed) is a former employee of PandaDoc's Ukrainian office, who worked for the company for several years.
— The total scale of the cuts is 103 employees, including 10 from the Ukrainian office. I don't know the exact number of layoffs in each of the other offices, but the cuts affected all offices. (The company did not disclose the number of employees affected by the layoffs. Sources from delo.ua also report 103 people. — Note from devby editors.)
Reference
According to Revelio Labs' estimates, PandaDoc employed 860 people in March 2026. Thus, the recent layoffs affected approximately 12% of the company's staff. PandaDoc offices are located in Florida (USA), Poland, Ukraine, Portugal, and the Philippines.
Until February 2022, one of the company's offices was located in Minsk.
— How the layoff itself looked: a letter arrived stating that my position, unfortunately, was among those cut. A call with an HR business partner was immediately scheduled, during which they explained the terms of the layoff and the last working day. Access to work systems was disabled at the end of last week, and the last official working day will be a bit later (at the end of the month, but it might vary in different offices).
Upon layoff, the company paid three monthly salaries, extended medical insurance for four months, and also paid for all unused vacation days.
The very nature of the layoffs remains a mystery to me. This is because many experienced Senior-level specialists who had worked for the company for many years were laid off.
Support from the Company and Beyond
— I cannot fail to mention how strong the support for employees affected by the layoffs was on LinkedIn. Former PandaDoc employees and representatives of the tech community actively started adding people to their contacts, supporting them, and occasionally offering job openings.
The company itself organizes career consultations and provides former employees with the opportunity to receive feedback on their resumes, consult with HR specialists, and discuss job search strategy.
Less than a week has passed since the cuts. Therefore, I assume that HR specialists have not yet had time to compile lists of specialists and send them to partner companies. Personally, no one has written to me yet. I assume they might not write, as my experience may not match their open vacancies.
Overall, I don't foresee a major issue with the employment of former PandaDoc employees. The company has always employed high-level specialists. Therefore, I believe the market will find jobs for many of them quite quickly.
