Belarusbank warned about problems with online banking

Belarusbank warned customers about temporary failures in the operation of its online bank. From time to time, the account balance may not be displayed, and difficulties may arise with making payments and money transfers.

The bank emphasized that the problems concern only the online bank. ATMs, self-service devices, branches, as well as internet banking and M-banking are working in normal mode.

Belarusbank is already working on eliminating the malfunctions and apologizes to customers for the temporary inconvenience.
