In Novaya Baravaya near Minsk, on April 2, the official transfer of the new 'Kubiki' kindergarten to state balance took place. The building was constructed by the company 'A-100 Development', and it is now included in the state education system, writes Myfin.by.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities and the education sector, including heads of the Minsk district and Minsk region.

For the developer, this is already standard practice: the company 'A-100 Development' is obliged to build social facilities in its residential areas and then transfer them to the state. The 'Kubiki' kindergarten became the fifth in Novaya Baravaya and the eighth in the company's portfolio.

Approximately 4.8 million dollars were spent on the construction of the facility. The kindergarten is designed for 240 children (12 groups) and has an area of over 3.4 thousand square meters.

After the transfer, the kindergarten will operate as a state institution – with state funding and management through the education system.
