The Orion spacecraft is now at a point where the Moon's gravitational pull is stronger than Earth's gravity, NASA reported.

The astronauts have been en route for about five days. At 8:42 AM (Minsk time), "Orion" entered the Moon's sphere of influence: from there, the astronauts can simultaneously see Earth and the Moon, and possibly even a solar eclipse, if, from "Orion's" perspective, the Sun disappears behind the Moon.
Now, crucial hours await the astronauts: at 8:00 PM, they are to orbit the Moon. Six hours have been allocated for the decisive maneuver, which, by the way, will be broadcast live on YouTube.
At this time, "Orion" will approach the Moon as closely as possible: "They will fly over the far side of the Moon and photograph lunar formations that no human eye has ever seen before," NASA reports.
Despite high technology and the race for records, there was also room for an Easter tradition on board the spacecraft: the "Orion" crew hid Easter eggs on board.
"These were, indeed, dehydrated eggs, but we were all very happy," said American astronaut Christina Koch.
On board are American astronauts Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Reid Wiseman, as well as Canadian astronaut Jeremy Hansen. Koch is the first woman on board a NASA mission.
