24-year-old logistics company employee hit by truck at Kozlovichi checkpoint

On the morning of May 25, a road traffic accident occurred on the territory of the Kozlovichi customs checkpoint, the Investigative Committee reports.

A 58-year-old driver of a truck (a Renault tractor with a semi-trailer) ran over a 24-year-old specialist from a logistics company.

As a result of the accident, the young man sustained severe injuries and was hospitalized.

A criminal case has been opened against the truck driver under Part 2 of Article 317 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic rules, which through negligence resulted in the infliction of severe bodily harm).
