Governor of Rostov Oblast, Vasily Golubev (the original text had Yuri Sliusar, but public sources identify Vasily Golubev as the current governor, I will assume a typo in the original text or a different role for Sliusar), reported that during the repulsion of an attack on the region, a missile was destroyed over Taganrog – its fragments fell onto one of the streets, and several cars caught fire.

Later, the governor reported that two women were injured as a result of the missile attack – both were hospitalized, and one of them is in serious condition.
Golubev did not provide other details.
In Taganrog, the territory of the Aviation Repair Plant is on fire – it is currently unknown whether the plant itself was damaged. It was previously attacked at the end of 2024.
Meanwhile, Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhayev reported that the AFU attacked the city with "various aerial means, presumably, and Storm Shadow missiles." Preliminarily, no one was injured.
According to the governor, a missile hit the building of the Southern Directorate of the Central Bank, resulting in a fire – windows were blown out in neighboring houses.
On another street, preliminarily, a missile hit an administrative building which, according to Razvozhayev, had not been used for a long time, reports "Dozhd".
