Massive Attack on Ozon: Drones Bombed Warehouses in Dagestan, Adygea, and Stavropol Krai
On the night of August 24, Ukrainian drones attacked the logistics centers of the Ozon marketplace in three regions of Russia — Dagestan, Adygea, and Stavropol Krai.
Serious consequences were recorded in Dagestan: the company's largest warehouse in the North Caucasus, with an area of about 130 thousand square meters, located in the industrial park of Tyube village (Kumtorkalinsky district), was hit.
According to Ozon's press service and local authorities, a large fire broke out at the facility, several people were injured, and the complex's operations were completely suspended.
In Adygea, a drone attacked a logistics center in Adygeysk. The head of the region, Murat Kumpilov, confirmed the fact of a fire at the warehouse, to extinguish which large forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were engaged. The complex's employees were evacuated in time, and there were no casualties among the personnel. Ozon representatives state that the facility itself and the goods were not significantly damaged.
In Stavropol Krai, due to the threat of an air attack, a warehouse in Nevinnomyssk was urgently evacuated. All employees left the territory, and no property damage was recorded. Local authorities in Stavropol have not yet commented on the attack.
