This was reported on the social network X by the press service of the Strait Affairs Authority in the Persian Gulf, established by Iran to control the strategic route.
The publication notes that shipowners should familiarize themselves with the updated list of vessels deemed non-compliant with requirements for voyages related to the Persian Gulf.
Iran threatened 46 vessels with fines. According to the newspaper, most of the vessels on the list are oil tankers, petroleum product carriers, and LNG carriers involved in shuttle transport. A significant portion of them belong to the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company or the South Korean company Sinokor.
