Minsk Metro explained how automatic doors work on the Zialenalužskaya line
Automatic platform doors have been installed at the stations of the Zialenalužskaya line of the Minsk Metro, separating passenger platforms from railway tracks. The metro's press service explained how they work and how to use them.

These barriers are designed for passenger safety: they prevent people from accidentally or intentionally entering the train movement zone.
The doors open automatically simultaneously with the train doors and close after the car doors close. Handles for emergency manual opening are provided on the leaves. They may only be used in emergency or other extraordinary situations.

If the platform doors do not open automatically, a metro employee must open them manually. Therefore, passengers should not attempt to open them themselves under normal circumstances.

Currently, seven stations are operating on the Zialenalužskaya line of the Minsk Metro: «Slutski Hastsiniets», «Niamaršanski Sad», «Aeradromnaja», «Kavaĺskaja Slabada», «Vakzaĺnaja», «Plošča Franciška Bahuševiča», and «Jubilejnaja Plošča».
Construction of three more stations on this line continues: «Piarespa», «Kamaroŭskaja», and «Park Družby Narodaŭ».
Such doors have not yet been installed on the platforms of the Maskoŭskaja and Aŭtazavodskaja lines.
